Ayotomiwa Elesho

FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ayotomiwa Elesho is a Political Science student at the University of Ibadan who from a young age desired to contribute his widow's mite to community building through voluntary and selfless service.

 

Since becoming a student at the University, he has participated in no fewer than eight voluntary activities with different organizations within and outside the university community, and remotely with a few international organizations.

 

After being exposed to the plight of the homeless, he decided to, instead of complaining about the issue in Nigeria, be the change he desires to see by establishing Homeless Not Hopeless Nigeria, which he manages with skills and experience acquired from prior voluntary services.

Akintunde Fabiyi

FINANCIAL MANAGER

Akintunde Fabiyi is a third-year student at the Department of Industrial & Production Engineering, University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

He is passionate about making positive change in society on a local to global scale through the pragmatic approach of Tech, Engineering, and Finance.

Apart from being an Engineering student, he has worked and volunteered with many organizations. 

He has served/currently serving as front-end development trainee at reputable Tech institutes such as freecodecamp, W3schools, and Devtown.

He is also the Logistics Team Lead at the 2022 Hult prize Regional Competition, Ibadan.

Ola-Stephen

PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER

Favour Ola-stephen is a Political Science Student at the University of Ibadan, born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. Growing up in a country that has half of its population living in abject poverty and surviving on incomes way below minimum wage will constantly expose one to the realities and plight of the less privileged. 

 

Favour's compassion and dedication to serving humanity and pursuing community development stem from such socio-economic issues. As a student, she has committed her time to organizations within the university campus that promote self-development, community building, and rendering selfless service. 

 

Her skills as a Content Creator and Marketing specialist intern will assist in the actualization of the Homeless Not Hopeless vision and goal as we live in a time where maximum utilization of digital devices, tools, and skills is necessary for positive exposure.

Jonathan Akinyemi

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Jonathan Akinyemi is a student of the School of Economics, University of Ibadan. He is a focused and goal-driven individual with a passion for helping people in various ways he can.

He got interested in solving homelessness after seeing young people in his environment living on the streets and in abject poverty.

He is currently utilizing his management skills in managing the organization's volunteers, and ensuring that all matters relating to the human resources of the organization are well catered to.

Omobobola James

Akande

GRAPHICS DESIGNER

Omobobola James Akande, an experienced Graphic and UI/UX designer, is the founder of Bobby Jay Innovations, a digital agency that helps represent companies with the most appropriate branding. He is also a second-year student of Political Science at the University of Ibadan.

Having understood that society can only get better if we make attempts at getting it better, he uses his skills to raise hopes for a better society by volunteering with organizations that share this same goal.

He is the official graphic designer of the Faculty of the Social Science Student Association, University of Ibadan. He currently volunteers as the official graphic designer of Homeless Not Hopeless Nigeria, in a bid to collectively build a society devoid of homelessness.

Gideon

Olajide

PROJECT MANAGER

Gideon Olajide is a medical student at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is passionate about humanitarian services.

His status as a student of medicine has allowed him to actively participate in several welfare programs aimed at community development.

He is the Project Manager for Homeless Not Hopeless Nigeria, and he manages the organization's interventional projects to ensure the overall success of the organization.

We are a group of students trying to contribute to community building through voluntary and selfless activity.
